

Jen Cox trained in Hatha yoga in the summer of 2018 in Uttarkashi, India. Since then she has been teaching classes for the University of Edinburgh alongside her degree in politics.
Jen now practices vinyasa yoga with elements of jivamukti. This focuses on aligning movement and breath as you flow through a sequence to music.
Through this energetic practice, Jen aims to create a rejuvenating routine that leaves you feeling calm and refreshed.
