DESCRIPTION:Description\nThe UC Davis WiReS Conference will shape the future; bringing greater attention to long-term and short-term solutions for improving wildfire resilience of buildings worldwide. Wildfires are an ever-present and increasing threat to the well-being of the world population\, infrastructure and economy\, particularly in the U.S. Western states. WiReS will focus on how we can better prepare and respond to this formidable challenge. \nFacilitated by\nThis inaugural conference is being organized by the UC Davis Air Quality Research Center and the UC Davis Climate Adaptation Research Center. Are you interested in getting involved as a volunteer?
