This webinar gives an overview of the key points to bear in mind when applying the causation requirements within all classes of policy wording\, including exclusions\, write-backs\, and aggregation provisions. \nThere have been several recent cases in which the Courts have looked at how to interpret causation in insurance policies. Notably\, these include University of Exeter v Allianz\, Brian Leighton (Garages) v Allianz\, and Spire Healthcare Ltd v RSA.
