In this session\, the speaker explores current data to showcase trends and challenges in the supply of competent professionals. Unsurprisingly\, attainment of knowledge and skills emerges as a key factor. \nLewis also explores the bottlenecks in attaining the required growth and makes recommendations to address this need.
