During the last 18 months, we have seen wide-ranging civil unrest ranging from Hong Kong to South America and the United States.

Patrick Foss, Partner, Kennedys will provide a talk on civil unrest, SRCC and terrorism risks, with particular focus on the energy market; including:

• an overview of the various types of civil unrest
• the relevant legal authorities
• policy wordings and the coverage/indemnity issues that potentially arise.

Patrick will conclude with some comments on the current/future risks and underwriting considerations. There will be a Q&A session at the end.
