DESCRIPTION:Updates to Energy Exploration and Development Insurance 8/86 Form 2025\n The Joint Natural Resource Committee (JNRC) and Joint Energy Claims Group (JECG) have undertaken a review of the Energy Exploration and Development Insurance 8/86 Form (EED 8/86). \nFollowing the review\, the LMA invites you to a webinar discussing the changes\, presented by Elliot Boler\, Senior Associate\, Clyde & Co. \nThe purpose of this review was to update and clarify certain areas within EED 8/86\, rather than a full rewrite. \nThere has been a comprehensive consultation process overseen by the JNRC and JECG.
