DESCRIPTION:Description\nFollowing on from the delivery of the Binder 101 training programme\, the LMA DACG Young Professionals Group in conjunction with Wotton + Kearney\, Wilson Elser\,  Fields Howell\, Walker Wilcox\, DWF and BLG are pleased to launch a follow on series of training\, providing a legal overview for key territories writing DA business. The main focus of this training is to look at and explore the specific DA considerations for handling and managing claims in one of the four territories being covered (UK\, US\, Canada and Australia). Content will cover: \n\ncoverage\ndenials\nstate specific regulation\nappraisal\nsettlement techniques.\n\nThe programme is being delivered without charge\, on the back of a DACG initiative to upskill the market. \nSpeakers / Delivered by\n\nDWF\n\nAudience\nAll claims personnel (MA and brokers) exposed to DA claims\, who wish to obtain a deeper understanding on legal areas for the UK\, US\, Canada and Australia. Attendance for all sessions is not mandatory\, but suggested that participants try and attend all sessions for any given territory. \n**Registration will give you online access to the session.
