SUMMARY:Webinar: An update on Model Clause development in the Aviation Market
DESCRIPTION:This IUA Webinar\, aimed at aviation market practitioners\, will review model clauses recently published by the Aviation Insurance Clauses Group (AICG)\, in particular\, in respect of Software and Grounding Liability. The briefing is intended to provide an overview of the wordings and to allow for an interactive discussion with underwriters\, brokers and other aviation practitioners. \nDescription\nAttendees will hear from aviation practitioners on the rationale behind the published AVN clauses and key information regarding their intended practical operation. Attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions regarding the clauses\, which will be addressed in panel-style discussions with speakers. As such\, we would be pleased to receive questions in advance on any of the discussion items or other AVN clause related issues. \n \nWe will also take the opportunity to consider a draft Business Continuity Event Insurance Period Extension Clause that has been the subject of a recent AICG consultation (CD59) (accessible here).
