Over 300 years\, this talent has been the foundation for success and international respect. However\, in more recent years\, some professionals and commentators in the community are starting to express concern that knowledge and skills aren’t being passed on at the same speed or in the same way that they have been over the decades and centuries. \nA regular theme of conversation at LMF community events \nWhy are people\, including our young underwriting professionals and indeed some parts of the broking network raising this as a concern? Join us for the next LMF Underwriting Practice Group on 26th November in the Private Dining Room at the Apex Hotel in EC3 over a hot cooked breakfast\, where\, as a community\, we’ll openly explore whether there is a consensus of opinion on this matter and we’ll also look at how some underwriting businesses might be trying to prepare for a “different” operating environment.
