This presentation (Bitesize 20) will provide you with an update on the Future at Lloyd’s following publication of Blueprint 2. \nAudience\nAll claims handlers and claims operational teams at MAs. All claims and placing brokers. \nDescription\nThe LMA Claims and Delegated Authority (DA) Team is completing its bitesize series for 2020 with two sessions\, providing updates on the Future at Lloyd’s following publication of Blueprint 2. It is strongly recommended you attend both sessions Bitesize 19 and Bitesize 20. \nThe session provides insight on set up and operation of the Claims Lab. This will describe how we are cross-working with other workstreams within claims and the collaboration with the market participants.
