DESCRIPTION:IUA HR & Training Committee membership update. \nDescription\nSince 2018\, The IUA HR & Training Committee has hosted regular meetings for human resources (HR) professionals in the London company market. Since it’s formation\, the group have been able to share information relating to talent\, diversity and other HR initiatives across the association’s membership. \nAs part of its regular market programme of market briefing events the IUA has organised a number of presentations – both in-person and remote – designed specifically to interest HR contacts and those with general responsibility for training\, education and recruitment. We have also been working closely with the London Market Group\, supporting its efforts to attract a new generation of talent to careers in the London Market. \nBy formally establishing an IUA HR Group with regular meetings\, initiatives can be further developed for the benefit of member companies.
