This will be followed by a short presentation on Forced Labour. \nColumb Strack of IHS Markit and their Country Risk team will highlight: \n\nUnited States: political polarisation and violent unrest\nMexico: increasing focus of organised crime on cargo theft\nMiddle East: Iranian escalation in the Gulf and Red Sea\nSouth China Sea: impact of maritime disputes on commercial activities\nMozambique: Islamist insurgency in Cabo Delgado province.\n\nThe team will be prepared to take questions on the topics covered and other cargo risks. \nThis is a joint LMA & IUA event. \n\nAudience\nAnyone with an interest in marine cargo business.
