DESCRIPTION:iCAN’s Coffee with the CEO 2024\nIn an effort to connect our members and provide them with access to senior executives across the insurance sector\, we work with our sponsors and partners to pull together an all-star cast of C-Suite individuals from across the industry to host career sessions with iCAN members to discuss all things from career-advice to their views on the industry to their journey – essentially everything you need to empower your own career. \nJoin us on 19 November for our latest Coffee with the CEO session with Danny Harmer\, the Chief People Officer of Aviva. \nAbout Danny\nDanny was appointed Chief People Officer for Aviva Plc in February 2020. She leads Aviva’s global People and Culture strategy\, developing all her colleagues to have the skills they need now and for the future. A key part of her role is creating an inclusive culture that enables everyone to perform at their best\, with a focus on being brilliant for Aviva’s customers. \nBefore joining Aviva\, Danny was the Chief People Officer at Metro Bank.
