Sam Westaway and Sam Daruvala introduce iDAWN\, the insurance market’s Disability and Wellbeing Network. \nThe insurance market has made significant progress in advancing inclusion and diversity over recent years\, creating a more diverse and equitable industry that attracts and retains the best people. One of the organisations driving change for disabled people and championing open and honest conversations around disability\, neurodiversity and mental health\, is iDAWN.
