From this\, lessons learned from previous long tail liability exposures will be assessed and whether or not these have been implemented into current underwriting considerations. \n \nGain an insight into\n\nWhy should insurers care about climate change?\nHistorical and more recent case law and litigation relating to climate change in the United States and international jurisdictions\nWhat lessons can be learned from previous long tail liability exposures\nSolutions\, opportunities\, and objections resulting from climate change to be considered by the insurance industry\nPlaces are limited (250) and will be allocated on a first come\, first served basis.\n\nSpeakers\n\nJason Reeves\, Managing Partner\, Zelle International LLP\nDeepa Sutherland\, Senior Associate\, Zelle International LLP\n\n \n\n \n Share this event with your colleagues:\n \n \n \n\n \n \n\n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n Facebook\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n Twitter\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n LinkedIn\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n Email\n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Visit Event Website
