DESCRIPTION:In this IIL aviation webinar\, Al Seymour talks about the different organisations and levels of scrutiny for aircraft production and operation and will focus on the broad ‘amateur builder and operator’ community. \nDescription\nGlobally\, the amateur home-built aircraft community is very large. There are widely varying standards of build quality\, ranging from remarkable and innovative\, to dangerous. Governance of engineering checks and test flying also varies widely. \nCases studies will be discussed to highlight where the risks are and who ‘owns’ them.
