SUMMARY:Managing Agent Playbook for Blueprint Two Readiness
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Lloyd’s\, at the end of May the LMA engaged NTT Data to create a Foundation Playbook to assist all LMA Members. The Future at Lloyd’s programme team has its own plans for engaging with other market organisations and vendors and you will hear more about that in a follow-up briefing planned for early July. \nDescription\nThis briefing will explain why the LMA has organised the creation of a Foundation Playbook for its Members\, how managing agents should expect it to inform their own planning\, budgeting and decision making and when it will be available. \nThe process of creating the Foundation Playbook involves NTT Data engaging with all the principal Change Drivers for Blueprint Two: Lloyd’s\, Xchanging JV\, PPL\, LIMOSS and the LMG Data Council and translating their inputs into material that your organisation can use to define your pathway to being operationally ready in your chosen way for the changes Blueprint Two will deliver. \nIt will provide a different lens on the Future at Lloyd’s Interactive Guide published at the start of 2022\, adding new content and considerations with the emphasis very much on what does a managing agent need to do by when and with whom to be ‘ready on time’. \nSpeakers\n\nRob Myers\, LMA Operations Director\nMatt Kearney\, NTT Data\nMatt Wood\, LMA Head of Technology\n\nAudience\nCOO/Operations Directors\, Claims Directors\, CIO/IT Directors\, Heads of Change\, Transformation Directors.
